Start each weekday with a grounding and energising 45-minute morning practice. This live online class runs from Monday to Friday (6:30–7:15) and includes gentle warm-up, Sun Salutation, asana sequences, and pranayama.
Every Friday offers a calming and restorative session to close the week.
This membership provides:
5 live sessions per week
Breath-focused asana practice
Consistent morning routine
Access to a supportive small group (max. 10 people)
A single Zoom link for the entire month 1–2 monthly teacher leave days (announced in advance)
The focus is on mindful movement, stable breathing, and creating a regular morning habit that improves energy, mood, and clarity throughout the day.
Attendance & Schedule
Classes run Monday–Friday, 6:30–7:15, live on Zoom.
The teacher may take up to 2 leave days per month, announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Public holidays are class-free unless otherwise communicated.
Cancellations (Participant Side)
The membership is valid for one calendar month.
Cancellation is possible any time, but: Cancellations made before the new month starts apply to the upcoming month.
Cancellations during an active month do not generate refunds.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided when: A mistaken duplicate payment occurs, or Technical issues prevent access for more than 3 consecutive days, and no alternative is offered.
No refunds for individual missed classes by participants.
Transferability
Memberships are not transferable to another person.
Participants may join from any location.
