Welcome to Swasa. By booking a class, course, workshop, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Swasa provides online and in-person Yoga classes, private sessions, corporate sessions, workshops, and wellness-related offerings.
All classes are taught by qualified instructors.
2. Booking & Registration
Booking is required for all online and offline classes.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email.
Each online session is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personal attention.
Swasa reserves the right to change class schedules or instructors if necessary.
3. Payment & Fees
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed on the website or communicated by email.
All fees are non-transferable.
4. Cancellations & Missed Classes
Group Classes
Missed live online classes are not refunded and cannot be rescheduled unless otherwise specified.
Classes are not recorded for privacy reasons.
Classes are not offered during the public holidays.
Regarding the monthly classes, a maximum of 2 days per month can be cancelled by the instructor for free.
Private Sessions
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Workshops & Courses
Refunds are available only if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date.
5. Health & Safety
By joining any session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
If you have medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before participating.
You are responsible for your own safety during the class.
Swasa is not liable for injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the practice.
6. Online Class Requirements
To ensure a safe and effective session:
A stable internet connection is required.
Participants must position their camera so the instructor can see the full body and mat.
Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate space and a safe environment.
Swasa is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.
7. Liability
Participation in any class or program is at your own risk.
Swasa and its instructors are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from participation.
Swasa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during in-person classes.
8. Intellectual Property
All class content, course material, recordings, videos, audio, images, and written resources are the intellectual property of Swasa.
Sharing, copying, distributing, or recording classes without permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect and store only necessary information for registrations, communication, and class management.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

10. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Attend sessions respectfully
Follow instructor guidance
Keep cameras on if requested for safety
Maintain a positive and supportive environment
Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from sessions without refund.
11. Changes to Terms
Swasa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page.
